So my company is called Crosshairs; we help people in witness protection. The idea of my logo is simplistic and not something that everyone knows about (if they did, it wouldn't really be helping those people would it?) I want to have this eye/crosshair (target symbol) maybe alone or with the c or something inside it. I'm not sure on color yet. I was thinking black and white. For business cards I would do black cards and white image or vice versa (maybe on the reverse on the other side).

i like your ideas. the way youre combining the eye and the target is really cool. the very first one is my absolute fav because you get a really solid feel for what your intention is.
have you thought about possibly incorporating the eye as the "o" in "crosshairs"? i dont know if that would look good or not but then youd be referencing back to the company name like you have done in your other logo options.
i like your black and white color scheme- it seems professional and stable- which is good for a company helping people in the witness protection program. if you really wanted to add a color id say blue because its very stable and calming, but again, black and white is great!

i like the idea of the eye and cross the best too. i feel like the ideas are very basic and simple at the moment and couldnt use a more solid stroke to enhance the logo itself more. as for the type i like the one that is not appearing bold, and on the bottom. maybe working with tht one a little more
